Ccbill to setup a Paypal clone?
 

Any idea why they don't do this? I'd love to signup and use it.

they probably have thought about it but won't. same reason why others dont bother, it's to much of a headache and liablity. no matter how good your service is there will always be a few that will fuck it up with scams and other shit. paypal is good but the have such a huge user base and scam/rip-off potential, they now treat every transaction as a potential scam =/ which means placing holds on accounts for no reason while they look things over and banning adult sites which majority of the time run rebill scams

There are thousands of adult sites that are struggling to sell physical items.

CCbill would do very well in this market - IMHO

well the simple solution to that would be not allow auto rebills, have the system set up so the user gets the e-mail and has to approve the rebill before it will go through.
