Is this a fair way of doing business (ccbill)

So i have 1 paysite under a webmaster program of a buddy. So basically he runs it and the signups go to his account. From there ccbill automatically sends a % to my ccbill webmaster account. Ive had this webmaster account for quite some years without problems.

Now yesterday i tried to login because i wanted to add a new paysite and my password stopped working. After contacting ccbill it turned out they closed my account because it didnt get any signups anymore. Now there are 2 odd things here:

1 I get a check every week for that account.
2 The person who closed it mustve seen that theres money coming in every week??

So ccbill told me its no problem, altho its closed the money will keep coming in that account but i simply cant use it anymore.

So instead of reopening my ACTIVE account they asked me open another account (which i dont need!) fax 21 pages of paperwork (which is gonna cost me a small fortune because i have to do it outside) and scan my passport and drivers license (again) This is info they already had from me. If its a lot of work or not, i simply dont feel like doing this, its not my frigging fault one of their employees closes and active account!

Now i did sign up for a new account and mailed them with some questions, one of them asking if i need to send all my info again since they already had it. He answered my questions but completely ignored this specific one.

I know im bitching about something that isnt that big a deal but i think it simply isnt neccesary. First of all they shouldnt have closed an active account and even if they did then after i explain it to them they should reopen it.

a perfect example of people who dont care about their work, making mistakes, and passing it to more people who dont care.

ive seen lots of examples of this with ccbill, unfortunately they have us by the balls as being otherwise one of the most reliable and popular processors around.

As with any business, if you have issues with an employee's conduct, then bring it to the attention of their superiors.

Considering the horrendous & useless people who answer the phone at ibill, I think that Ccbill's clients have it made :thumbsup

Yup, and doing business like this normally would make me cancel them right away. Theyre just lucky theres no good alternative.
