Insomnia kicked in again...
What to do, anybody have any cures?
|
a Guiness served at room temperature does nicely.
|
I used to suffer from it quite badly, but I got out of it by simply staying awake the whole night and next day, and was too tired to not sleep the next day.. from there i just sleep every night fine now

Welcome to my hell Cyberage Dave. There is this stuff called Melatonin that I get at my local health food place. It helps me sometimes. Then again, it's 4:30 am here on the East Coast and I am writing insomnia cures. Kind of ironic eh? Anyway, it works for some, give it a try.

a nice bowl normally does the trick... donno any other way, i remember when i was real young my mom would microwave milk and make it warm... i dono if that is reallt true though (if it helps you get to sleep)

Don't sleep for 48 hours! Not even a wink! :winkwink:
|
its not that I don't get tired at 4:30 am
it's just that I woke up at 3:30 pm :1orglaugh |

I never get a full nights sleep anymore.
I usually stay up for 8-12 hours then sleep for 2-4 hours and repeat. I dont wait for night or any specific times. If I feel a little tired, I'll take a nap. Luckily this industry allows me to get away with such a relaxed schedule. |

take advantage of the awake time and get some work done, you'll get tired sooner or later.

Back in the days of starting this biz, I used to sleep every other day. That worked out well. But can't do that anymore. I take ambien but that fucks my up the next day. I may have to take half now and see what it does for me this morning. Thanks guys.
