I'd say paysites.. easy to sink a lot of money into one and have crappy / zero returns.

Everyone has been screwed on traffic deals or by a broker or by a designer or what not. Every business, internet or brick and mortar has had its share of ripoff artists and its probably the hardest factor to deal with and tolerate in business.

if you know what your doing and have been in the biz a while paysites can be the easiest way to make money, and good money too....i would put them on the easiest list personally, but that is just me

i can build a paysite with shitloads of content and have 10 people sign up for it in one day with barely any work or traffic...

if you build it, they will cum
