Photoshop then dreamweaver then some hand coding to make sure dreamweaver did it right

i use everything from dreamweaver, photoshop, illustrator, corel draw, flash, 3dstudio max, swift 3d... but that's me

there's not a 'best tool' to manage html, just get one that makes u feel comfortable, try ace expert, it's good for newbies, golive rocks too... and for graphics, stick to photoshop and nothing else, go take a look at http://good-tutorials.com/, hope this points u in the right direction.

dreamweaver, photoshop and some good renamers and a batch program and you are all set :thumbsup

From a coders point of view dreamweaver i think sucks balls, Jace had the right idea with homesite, i'd prefer that over anything any day.
frontpage on the other hand, is the worst of the suggestions i've seen here yet. only use that horrid program if you want your shit to look different on every other browser.....
