because he's too old to kick ass on the court anymore?

Michael Jordan is wealthy but NBA teams these days are owned by corporations and individuals with hundreds of millions of dollars - Michael doesn't have that kind of money. And I don't think you're going to see any team want anything to do with him in management or minority ownership. The owner in Charlotte is the first black person to own a major pro sports franchise, he never entertained hiring Jordan for any job.

don't worry about Mike, nothing but craps tables, cigars and ho's in his future. we should all be so lucky.

I think Mike has enough money to buy a team... From my understanding he topped the endorsement list of athletes for like 5 yrs in a row and I clearly remember a few of those yrs to be well over $40M each... and i think i heard his last year or the year before last it was something like $80M total.

Rumor has it, he will be a principal owner of the Miami heat within the next 2 yrs... why the heat... I have no clue.. as he has never really liked Miami...

I've seen him several times at the Bellagio...

Fucker bets 15 K per hand of poker :winkwink:

He's still rich.

a lot of teams are owned in partnership groups too though mutt..and they add in former players or famous people to gain clout with the league, or the city they are trying to purcase the team in...

That is how Bush jr. got his sweetheart partnership deal in the texas rangers. The partners knew they city would fall all over themselves to do favors for bush.

I love MJ, he is the world's greatest competitor, however as GM he sucked.

He has a problem understanding why people are not like him. Not everyone always wants to to be the best day in and day out. This is the number 1 thing that frustrated him.

He set the Wizards back at least 5 years.

MJ wasn't a good GM but it did get the wizards noticed.

And shit when have the wizards been noticed since the name change?

they've sucked since they were the bullets.
