Why on earth do some white people occupy their small brains wondering whether they can call themselves or use the term "******" in the way black rappers do?

Are America's white youth so lost in a sea of black street culture that they try to be something they are not and never will be?

The term "******" was adopted by the black to re-take a word that had been a racial put-down, and even now it is mainly used by inner-city youths.

Are the white youth of America so culturally bankrupt and devoid of thier own identity that they want to hijack someone else's ?
