Can a win 2k server have cgi-bin?

Yes!

if you run apache on it, it's possible

Yes! A cgi-bin is only a directory where executables can be ran. Not just apache, though. IIS can utilize it, too.

what he said, not what the other guy said. If you're going to install apache over IIS then don't bother installing WIN2K server.

just make sure perl is installed and youll be able to run most
perl cgi scripts from an win2k machine..

Doesnt even have to be apache.. IIS will do fine ;)
