Anyone from Amsterdam here?
 

Ok, I am going to be in Amsterdam for like 7 hours before my next flight. Any good places to visit for that short amount of time? How far is the city from the airport? How about the Red light District, how far is it? :Graucho

by train, the heart is reached within 20 mins I guess

They will sed a cab to the airport, spend some time and more money there and they will bring you back to the airport. :glugglug

A cab to the center will cost something like 30 Euros

20 minutes indeed, cab/taxi is expensive, take the train from Schiphol airport (stops in the Airport) and get ur ass over to Amsterdam, the "red light district" is a 10 minute walk from the trainstation :)

Taxis are really expensive over here. I think it will cost you over 40 euro's to Amsterdam ( The airport is not Amsterdam)

I would go to yab yum. Very expensive but worth it. You can always go to the center of Amsterdam and just see where you will end up, lots to do there everynight.
