Im setting them up as backup etc.

anyone know how to setup a custom page where a surfer get redirected if the CC gets declined?

I am not using flex post or anything.

With ccbill I just setup a URL in admin.

they have some nice documentation..send a request to support, saying that you want to redirect declines etc and ask for their documentation. They will send you a pdf back. Then send email to support and your rep...they should be able to help you pretty quickly.

If you signed up with them they should have given you the signup page url details ect...

Can't you just redirect the ccbill declines to the epoch signup page for your site directly that way?
then just change the url in the ccbill admin and be done?
