If by saying Free Traffic you mean that you get it not paying for hosting I've already said about sponsor free host. Post to TGP, Link Lists, Add sites to TopLists and exchange the links......
But if you just want somebody give you traffic then you baffled me:( Just seat on a stret and ask peole to give you some cents to live it'll work better.

My other point is that I have actually posted topics requesting content that I am paying for and I have actually gotten more replies where then there.
