? Dont know what that is.. Looks to me like a link that is 1/2 of what it should be..

If this is a code off the PC pages, nobody here can even begin to speculate on what they are doing with it..

fast cgi, it's an extension for apache and some other websevers which speeds up cgi execution when called.
