It depends if it is single girl, hardcore, etc.
If it is single girl I would say 20 photo sets and like 5-6 videos.

If it is "reality" or hardcore......
10-15 videos.

my opinion for what it's worth:

sologirl site: 1000 sets (a few movies and lots of pictures) + xclusive videos at leat once or twice a month

movie "dvd" site minimum 100 gigabyte for starters and updates twice a week minimum to keep interest.

normal teen site at least 70 movies and lots of pictures and regular updates!

anything less and retention will suck!

This is what I usually tell amateur girls who want to start their own site:
at least 1000 pics
10 video clips
update often and do some sort of cam show each week

"good" paysite is 5-6 thousand od pics and 500 videos;
"great" paysite - 10 thousand of pics and 1000 videos;
Paysites with only explusive content or reality show need 2 thousand pics and 15-20 videos.

If you are thinking of starting your own paysite I strongly recommend that you actually JOIN one to see what the members area looks like and what exactly is required. I would try one that is doing very well because that is what your competition will be and you will know what you are up against.
