For those of you with CourtTV... They said the case will last 4-6 months because the judge likes short days and no court on Fridays.

this should be interesting.

Must be nice for the judge to be able to decide his schedule like that. :1orglaugh

All judges can decide the hours for their cases.

There's also a long lunch break and 2 other breaks daily in this one so at most they will get 4-5 hours for testimony; then you have to consider the amount of time daily that gets taken up with other stuff...

6 months eh? He's probably a friend of George Bush, anything to keep peoples minds off the election.
