Uses a combo of multiple Blocklists & a Regex filter (bayesian optional).

Integrates nicely with outlook express, with great whitelisting features and its free!. Better than the commercial ones I've tried and superior to mailwasher (IMHO) which many seem to like.

This catches 98% of the crap.

should give netscape a try, I use it for my email does a pretty good job on spam.
