BlackCrayon, correct - it doesn't look like much because our billing is a lot cheaper than an adult site.

We've tried $29.95 & $19.95 per month with trial & no trial - it converted crap
We've tried 30 minutes free & $9.95 per month - converts best
Currently we are trying 30 minutes free & $4.95 per week - I'm not convinced so far its an improvement.

We are running our own merchant account and have the ability to experiment with pricing points until we get it right. I'm open to suggestions, with the most important thing to consider being the balance between converting and retaining.

We have been selling a lot of 6 monthly memberships for $39.95 which earns webmasters $20.

Hopefully we can figure out a way for webmasters to earn more per click, but in the meantime keep in mind we give back the exit so you can try again with something else. Several webmasters have commented to me that it is a very clean return system with around 80% of traffic being sent back.

Hi Alex,

We don't offer galleries at this stage - as our content is licensed legitimately with a paparazzi company, we don't have the right to spread it around the Internet in the way that free galleries tend to do.

We do have a small selection of pics that I have given to some webmasters who have unique ideas of how to use them to actually *sell* memberships.

Because the content is so valuable, and expensive, we have to make sure we can a ) make money and b ) not oversaturate it. Really its too valuable to give away free in large quantities.

If we do ever offer hosted galleries, they will only be of pornstars or other bulk content, as there isn't enough volume of legit celeb content in our database to give away many 30 pic galleries (50 galleries = 1500 pics @ $100 - $1000 EACH, so far we only have 7000 in our members area)

I know that isn't all that helpful for you in the end, but I hope you understand our reasoning at least ...

I know this is very old school & doesn't make up for no galleries ... but would a 'pic of the day' be of any use to anyone?
