Manowar 05-31-2004 01:53 PM

How much the site makes monthly x 3 = Price its worth

freeadultcontent 05-31-2004 01:53 PM

I would be more curious why they would be selling it, seems way to fishy.

axelcat 05-31-2004 01:54 PM

Thats worth atleast a million

sexsup 05-31-2004 01:55 PM

What site is it?

In that situation are you on crack? if a site was making a steady 40k a month min, with a 5.5k cost leaving you with roughly 35k a month. You would put a sell price of 105k?
Something is very wrong in your figures.

Illicit 05-31-2004 01:55 PM

3.2 billion

No doubt. Why would anyone want to sell a money-maker like that?

Yeah, I've always heard that the net annual return is closer to the value. In this case, $414,000 ( ($40,000 - $5,500) x 12 ) , but that's just speculation.

What's the site?

solonline 05-31-2004 01:59 PM

nothing wrong with the site, just been in the biz 5 years now, and commitments to other non adult ventures are pressing.
and was just wondering about market prices etc.

I love this biz and made a great living out of it but we all need to move on.

freeadultcontent 05-31-2004 02:04 PM

Well if its yours then why not tell us the site?
Also am very curious if it is doing so well why dont you just hire someone to run it for you. Hell even if that person cost you 10k a month to run it, you would still be up 25k a month with next to no time envolvement from yourself.

Good point...unless he's hurting for capital for other ventures, but sounds like he's doing ok. :)

polish_aristocrat 05-31-2004 02:28 PM

$500k....but i won't be able to pay that in the next 10 years :1orglaugh

Ahh no such luck, my girl freind (wife) is a model for 1 one of sites.

graphicsbytia 05-31-2004 02:50 PM

I'd be wanting some pretty heavy proof on those figures :2 cents:

solonline 05-31-2004 02:55 PM

if I was going to sell full figures from our billing agents would be given, along with access to real time stats.

I was though just interested at this point in getting a ball park sale figure.

EZRhino 05-31-2004 04:14 PM

:2 cents: and some ball hair.

EscortBiz 05-31-2004 04:33 PM

depends on site type and how soon a deal closed
i just purchased a content site that did 30k net mo for a while guy needed cash right away like within days i got it for 120k but yeah 3-12 months depending on many things

I agree with you on that!

wyldblyss 05-31-2004 04:39 PM

It would cost a hell of a lot more money than I'll ever have.

Anyone have a site up for sale that brings in 100 bucks a month with costs amounting to $3 bucks or less please hit me up!:Graucho

40k net per month? as in after all costs. use cash flows from 6 months and discount back to present at 20%, you get about $217k

but there would be some factors to consider like how is the site growing, retaining members, quality of the site, etc.

agreed, it could be even 3x annual revenue

HEARTBREAKER 06-19-2004 02:27 AM

if a site is selling that much, i would think the owner would sell it... :)

JSA Matt 06-19-2004 02:30 AM

is any of that going to affiliates?
