Why do i get same email like 4X or 3X times ?

anyway to fix it ?

use filters to block spam

The email is fetched from the server, but the transfer is not completed. Next time the client accesses the email server, it downloads the same message again, because it wasn't removed from the server the last time you fetched it.

Shitty connection perhaps?

Your email adress was placed on a list.

Then the list was sold.

Then those dumb fucks all sent their emails about the same time.

I think I have gotten about 100 to get a degree in the last week.

You can cut some of the span by deleting your catchall email setting on your server if you are re-routing mail from different sites.

I did this and cut the spam by 70%

yup but it wont stop outlook from getting those emails stored on your server. i encountered such the same problems a year back (outlook xp) and I end up using other mail client applications. outlook sucks and i won't recommend any1 to use it.

maybe its anti virus software ?

If you have Rules setup, you will have to put a "Stop processing anymore rules after this..." or similar command at the end of a rule. You may have some rules that are causing this. Try it and see if it help.
