What are you doing for Memorial Day?
 

Just got finished buying 10 pounds of meat for the BBQ tomorrow.

Going to have a nice BBQ and probably going to visit gramps :thumbsup

that's great. Just hangin out with the family i guess, drinkin some beers.... the usual :thumbsup

Hmm I will deffinatly BBQ. Already have the meat all ready to go anyways.
Aside from that try to stay outside for awhile and get a non monitor enduced tan.

I have no idea what we'll do tomorrow afternoon/evening. Will probably sleep, since I expect to be storm chasing from after midnight tonight through tomorrow morning.

I'm from Canada, we had a long weekend last week so I will be working on Monday. We did get away last weekend and had a nice BBQ today, so no complaints here. Enjoy your holiday.

What do you put on your meat?

I always soak mine in A-1, garlic, and brown sugar.

The plain ones just A-1 :)

Salt and pepper, thats it assuming it is a steak.

I'm just hoping my car gets fixed on Monday.

I'm planning to sleep. If i can make it to 5 or 7pm tomorrow evening, all the better.. So tired recently...

Don't have any plans just yet but think I'll run to the store tonight and pick up some beer and meat. Not quite sure whether I want steak or chicken. Both sound great...

I had a recipe for marinating meat with beer.

But I've never been able to cook it. Always drank the beer and substituted it with 7 Up :Graucho
