Looks like fun. I just got back from a huge festival in an outdoor amphitheater east of Seattle. It was a good weekend for concerts, apparently!

Yeah, they are Rock Gods. MY buddies used to shoot bootlegs they had like over 1000 of them and the quality was pretty good :thumbsup

My best friend used to be Kirks assistant when i was in high school. I would spend days at a time over there when kirk was on tour. We used to fry on acid and trip out in his monster room with some of the rocker hotties from our high school. those were the days

Fuck that's a laugh. I saw Metallica when they were through here on this tour, they fucking sucked monkey balls. I see from the pics people post they did the same gimmicks at every show, Lars the funny man acts like a fucking retard and plays guitar with his drumsticks, they play some old songs and the crowd of fucking post 1990 fans don't know the words and scream "HEY! HEY! HEY" during Creeping Death, yet they all knew the words to gay songs like "Frantic". Give me a break. I don't even think they had Robert's fucking bass plugged in, big surprise.

I think it was Fletch XXX who said some time ago that the real Metallica died with Cliff Burton, and the more I think about it, the more I realize that's the truth. I'll take an Ozzy or Black Label Society concert over Metallica any fucking day of the week.

I'd send them an email and request my money back but I suspect Lars has already spent the money on some hair plugs.

Fuck the money hungry corporate juggernaut that is Metallica. Maybe James will start drinking again soon and realize what a pile of shit album they are touring in support of, kill Lars and Kirk, and then turn the gun on himself.

Well they did not play that many NEW songs. Most where from the older albums.

I have not realy heard the new album so cant say. But they still put of a awsome show and the fans are still crazy for them. And with 56K fans that must mean something :)

Fuck Metallica. I have seen them several times but ever since they starting suing everyone and there mother for downloading music I have lost all respect for them.

These guys became big because of bootleg and garage tapes being circulated. Now they want to whine about it.

They even attempted to sue another band over use of the E chord (or something of that nature). Saying they owned the rights to the use of that chord.
