Think I'm gonna fire up the grill this evening - BBQ up some nice big ol' Chicken Breasts! Steam some veggies - wash it down with a Corona.

for tonight i have a (fresh) whole chicken in the oven - rubbed with my own spicy seasoning blend - sitting on a beer can cooker. frying taters and onions on the stove top.

washing it down with Labatt's Blue. :Graucho

Chop sui tonight, I'll take a picture and post it before i start eating =)

I went out for a meal

Starters: Can't eat that much

Main Meal: Half a chicken and half a rack of ribs smothered in BBQ sauce and Southern Fried Chips

Dessert: Chocolate Fudge Cake

Drinks: Pint of Coke, Pint of Bud

I am cooking a Hamburger dish..
Hamburger meat, rice, rotel, & velvetta cheese ... mix it all together and cook in oven for 30 min... mmmmmmmmm... you can also use chicken instead of hamburger and it is really good :-))
