i dont even really remember them except there were spiders but they werent mean or anything and it was like a high school or college and people were just weird

i have a hard time explaining dreams because i really feel more than standardly insane because they make absolutely no sense at all

got this from one of my Favorite drem dictionaries

Spiders

To see a spider in your dream, indicates that you are feeling like an outsider in some situation. Or that you may want to keep your distance and stay away from an alluring and tempting situation. The spider is also symbolic of feminine power. Alternatively, a spider may refer to a powerful force protecting you against your self-destructive behavior. If you kill a spider, it symbolizes misfortune and general bad luck.

To see a spider spinning a web in your dream, signifies that you will be rewarded for your hard work. You will soon find yourself promoted in your job or recognized for your achievement in a difficult task. Spiders are a symbol of creativity due to the intricate webs they spin. On a negative note, spiders may indicate a feeling of being entangled or trapped in a sticky or clingy relationship. It represents some ensnaring and controlling force. You may feel that someone or some situation is sucking the life right out of you.

To see a spider climbing up a wall in your dream, denotes that your desires will be soon be realized.

To dream that you are bitten by a spider, represents a conflict with your mother or some dominant female figure in your life. The dream may be a metaphor for a devouring mother or the feminine power to possess and entrap. Perhaps you are feeling trapped by some relationship.

thanks a bunch!

i think the spider part of the dream was probably the most significant - seeing as i didn't encounter any spiders yesterday it's probably the most symbolic.

maybe my wife has something to do with it i dunno.

I can seriously understand your dilemma. My dreams are so lucid yet incomprehensible at the same time.

A person I know and recognize looks like a different person that I know, a childhood home that was in a New York suburb becomes an ocean front property. The outside would be where I live nowadays, but the inside are the rooms of the house where I grew up.
The subconscious mind is a wierd thing. Most of the time I try and just forget what I dreamt. It is useless and sometimes painful.

yea i can totally relate to the dream world portraying one thing and the real world another. the funniest part is that it makes perfect sense why it is the way it is in the dream world (i.e. person you know well looks like someone you've never consciously seen before and you accept it, you can jump 40 feet and it still seems real).

dreams do seem about 90% useless though. i have to discard quite a bit of absurdity by the time i wake up and look back on it because it is too wild. again though, while engaged in the dream it seems to make perfect sense.

I love the dreams where you wake up cos you've tripped over something and you wake up with a start.

Your heart like stops and scares the shit outta me, but it's fun all the same. I always remember one. Best dream I've ever had. I was surfing on a 100ft wave over NY, then the wave disappeared and i fell for ages and hit the water. Really realistic..err...if there were 100ft waves over Manhattan :(
