Now the most classic part of this party is its being held at the bar next to the front desk of the Omni Ambassador East where the Pump Room is.

They were supposed to have it in two rooms in the back but a schedualing conflict with the National Resturant Show bumped it up front.

So the bartender is staring more or less right at the front desk, the gala is advertised as Midwest Webmasters Group, and until now, no one knew any better... :1orglaugh

It was their fault they changed it to their "Lobby Reception Room". That should teach them a lesson on pulling a bait and switch on people in the future. That security dude was pissed off.
They had no clue as to why that was all happeneing. It was pretty funny.
