Yeah I know.. Tons of threads about the seach issue.

I was wondering if it was possible with Vbulletin to archive old posts and then just create a site for search only. You could not post on that site. That would also solve the bumping 2 year old threads problem.

And possibly the search script exploit since you wouldn't be able to post on the archive site.

Something like anything older than 3 months would go to that "archive" database..

Just a suggestion..
