Where are the parents?
 

A couple of my daughters came in the room and almost caught me working on something that they shouldn't see. The parents on this board, what are you doing to not get caught by your kids working on something adult??? :helpme

My computers face the wall away from where anyone can see whats going on.

locked room works and try to work when the kids are in school , daycare or sleeping.:2 cents:

My 9 yr old son knows not to get near my PC when I'm working.

He has his own office with his own PC at home and I setup his own office for him next to my office at my office office. So at both places he's got his own rooms to go online.

I'm sticking with my duct tape answer. :glugglug

Older ones know what is going on. The 9 year old knows that when "mommy is working" she is not to come near my computer unless she notifies me prior. Example: Mommy, can I come show you this?"

I am also fast on the draw and can switch screens very quickly just in case.

We made an office out of what used to be a garage. It's downstairs - we have a gate at the top of the stairs so we hear that open when it does, then there are the 12 steps down so we have enough time to change the screens on all the computers. They also know that they have to ask for permission before opening the door & that it's preferable not to bring their friends down when they have to ask something.

They have their own computer upstairs so they really don't need to come downstairs to go online.
