Anyone know some vital information on VoIP ??

like bandwitdh requirements, equipment needed asf.

We have a cisco unit on VoIP, you can have a USA number and take the unit anywhere in the world with a network connection the the internet.
Once it's plugged in to the network and you plug your phone into the base unit it activated itself and good to work.

I've tried it on 256 DSL and it worked fine also.
