I don't. I may run from one room to another to get something in the middle of getting dressed but that is about it. The fact that we have a ton of windows and none of them have blinds or drapes on them has something to do with it.

Sometimes I will be walking around my house naked and I will end up running to the store and forgetting that I am naked. It is usually when I am in the checkout line that I realize that I'm still completely naked.
