If you have a release and she signed it, too fucking bad chickie. The pics are yours and she signed off on them. It's not your fault if she didn't read the release. Tell her to get a lawyer, because she can't touch you, and a lawyer will tell her the same thing.

The only reason I took pics of her was because she was bringing me some talent. I would have never worked with her otherwise. I actually would not even mind taking hers down, but she is in some girl/girl sets and I don't want to remove those.

has she said why she wants them down? new boyfriend? just changed mind? had a kid?

If it won't really hurt your bottom line, why not take them down? At least consider offering to let her buy them back at cost.

Well, based on what you said there is nothing she can do. How many sets do you have of her up? Is it just the girl/girl? It there are others why not at least take those down? See if you guys can come to a compromise for now?
Any which way, from a legal standpoint I don't think she has much of a case if she signed everything over.

That is why you offer her a set price to remove them. One that would cover your expenses and possible losses. She wont pay, you will sleep normally at night since you seem to care.

If it's her hubby who wants them down, offer a fair price for them. If he says no, then he a) can't afford to go to court for very long and/or b) doesn't care that much. If he accepts, then you're compensated.

Too many girls don't understand the life span of this stuff. They figure they're young, need money... who cares... do this stuff, get some cash and live the happy life out with friends and booze.

I agree that people getting into the business should think long and hard before doing so. Is it something that they can live with later on when the husband and kids come along? If you won't be able to handle it later on, then run away fast.

I do understand though how her life has changed and she wants to move on, this happens to a lot of people, even those outside of the adult industry....but......it comes at a price. She should at least have to pay you the production costs plus a reasonable amount for lost revenue (don't try to make a killing here, be reasonable)

Ok it is the girl on the bottom. As you can see, I can live without her solo pics, but this girl girl series and several of her other ones are very popular to my members and I usually do good with their galleries.

Thanks for posting the pic. I wouldnt sell them back if could cause me to lose a member or two. I'd make some self serving offer such as:
"bring me some new models to replace the material I'll be losing and pay me back the money I paid you for the shoot in the first place"

When I shoot photos of my personal friends I'm willing to take their photos down merely for the fee that I paid them. If I were to shoot another girl, however, I would think it would be fair if she paid me back all of her modelling fees, all of the modelling fees of the other girls she was photographed with, an hourly wage for the time I spent shooting, developing, touching-up, cropping, organizing, and uploading the photos, and an additional wage for the time spent removing her photos. That way I would be in exactly the same situation I was before I ever took her photos.
