Pardon my ignorance, but wouldn't you want them to scrub MORE, so you end up with fewer chargebacks and fraudulent cards?

If they are under the VISA RIS program, which means that all of their transactions are being monitored by Visa USA, then of course they will scrub harder. After all, they don't want to lose their merchant account because their c/b and refunds have gone beyond the acceptible threshold.

i tried an affiliate proggy that uses your scripts..

conversions are TERRIBLE about 1:3000. funny thing is i know the sites are awesome, so its either poor affiliate tracking or something else...

some scrub too much...you are losing sales.

just checked my stats - im up to 1:6000 now :)

very true.. i would rather harder scrubbing to protect the chargeback rate... if it means me loosing a few signups to insure the longterm of something i have no issues with it

Best in what way? In that Epoch scrubs the least? Or has least number of c/b's?

You should ue a processor as your primary that let's you set your own level of scrubbing such as Netbilling or Cybersource. Use a 3rd party processor as your secondary. You will surely see an increase in conversions.
