well, this board sucks compared to most other boards I use. Most boards send me emails when someone replies to one of my posts. WIth this board, I have to do a search using my username to see replys to posts.

One way or another, they always end up finding out.

It should at least be an option. If it bothers you, then you turn it off. For the stupid posts that say last poster gets free crap, you can uncheck it. All boards have this feature.

Wheres the fun in having a pot shot at someone and them not seing it...if i call someone a useless knob head or a no talent wannabe i WANT them to read it.

for people that spend their entire working day and then some, in front of a computer and on the Net, it's really not so far fetched. This is our work environment. Much as an office setting is the work environment for millions of other people.

and it is at times very stressful, and it does have the ability to impact your life in either a negative or a positive way.

It's easy to laugh it all off and use the popular line "it's just a message board"...... but I don't believe that is entirely accurate. For the rest of the world it is just a message board. For those of us that work in this biz and frequent boards like this every day, it is not "just a message board". It's where we work.

I spend half my day filtering emails. but i also like a subscribe feature on the board. I can choice to unsubscrib if i like, it should be a choice.

There are other ways to search this board without the search feature enabled.

I personally think this is an AWSOME board... why are ya here if you think it sucks??

My thought exactly. Or even better is when they meet me at the shows and realize I am 6'3" and 240 lbs. Most people just say "Damn you're a big fucker". I rarely get, hey remember me from GFY, I told you to suck my cock. Well I'm ready!

It ain't nice to do that if the person involved is not aware of it. Stabbing someone in the back ain't that much fun anyway.
