ARS sigwhore etiquette?
 

I'm new to this. I'd appreciate some advice.

Should probably switch that full banner to the button... GFY doesnt allow the full ARS banner.

Nah, it's just people that don't know the rules...

I thought the same thing, but we looked into it a while back. ARS allows whatever the board allows, but because ARS is not a top banner sponsor on GFY, GFY does not allow a full banner sig.

GFY only allows full banners for companies that buy a spot in the top rotating flash banner.

Nah it's not.. John V was emailing people about this like a week ago.

Hopefully they see this... isn't fair seeing people flying the full sized banner.

What did the e-mail say?

I think they bought a top add so it's aiight but not sure

But I don't see why ars don't pay the 2k + for a top banner ... they already thousands in sigs why not maximise it

I'm 99% sure if the program is in the drop down meny on the main gfy forum, then you can fly the full size banner.

Has Lensman himself actually said no full size ARS banners?

ARS doesn´t allow you to use the big banner.

ARS sent out letters letting everyopne know that you could only use the button on gfy :Graucho

just because people are flying them doesnt mean it isnt against the rules.

ARS has, and they are the ones that pay you. Read the ARS forum in the members area.
