I was hoping for either:
A: Some dumbass falls over the edge while launching the balloon.
B: The force of the impact lauches the portopotty down the hill behind it.
C: Some dumbass falls over the edge, hits the portopotty causing it to tumble downhill, then the water balloon crashes onto his head causing a severe neck fracture.

That was pretty boring. :(
