Crazy dreams (How to make them stop?)

I must be more stressed than I think, or something. The last couple weeks I've been having crazy dreams every night. I've tried blacking out my bedroom, going to bed earlier, and cutting out most sugar/caffeine from my diet...especially right before I go to bed. But I continue to have wild dreams, nothing really good or really bad...just odd.

Maybe I've just got more going on than my brain can organize right now?

:1orglaugh

Any suggestions? I might try some sleeping pills, but the always keep me groggy for the next day.

Get drunk before bed so that your body has a hard time getting into REM sleep. Not good for you in the long run though.

10-15 mg. of valium and a nicotine patch put on 30 minutes before bed time. :winkwink:

if u cut out alot of sugar and caffeine u might be having withdrawal. that could cause it. might just need some time for your body to adjust. :)

Yeah, I think you're all right. Especially the crack.

No, I'm going to try and recreate my day and diet, etc of a month ago for a while, see if it helps. This shit is just wearing me out.

Honestly the info I told you would rather increase those dreams and make them even more vivid.

Try to excersise before going to bed, try to get tired so you can have a good sleep.

drink warm milk or hot decaf tea.

Hahah! I actually figured that would be the case. Fortunately, I never smoked...nor do I really take any medications other than the occasional :stoned

:winkwink:

I was also looking through Google, and I noticed some people reccommending similar cocktails to stimulate your dreams. :1orglaugh

I will try this. I have actually been excercising less this last little bit, maybe that's influencing something.
