I am a fan of alienwares, if you can afford it. If not go to dell for your base model and upgrade on your own.

hummm...never heard of alienwares but I will check them out. I thought of going to Dell (looking at them now) and I must admit, I hadn't even considered an Apple/Powerbook. I'll have to check them out too. :) Thank YOU!
