Took Hydroxycut last year but I think it still had ephedra in it... and it worked like magic.

Decided to take that shit again to get rid of the little fat I have over my abs... and the guy in the store said that the fat burners are no good now... cause they dont have ephedra...

True? Or do they still have an effect?

not as well as ephedra, but there are still some good fat burners out there.... if it doesn't have ephedra, it'll have caffeine. just do cardio and eat right and you'll see those abs in no time.

ephedrine is the way to go.. if you do it safely.

Even though it's illegal in the states now, look into psuedo-ephedrine (sudafed).. it's not as strong but the doses per pill are alot higher and it has very similar effects. Check into it first.... a doctor may be unwilling to comment because the drug is not made to be used that way, but a health advisor might be able to help.

i go by, if you have to time to gain it, you should work it off, and not take the stupid diet pills, what good are they? all you will do is continue to eat the way you do and regain the weight versus if you work it out, you will most likely start eating good, and the fact that you had to work out to get rid of it, will make you weary about re gaining it
