Do you have email & phone support for members?
 

We answer every email and phone call in a timely manner. I was wondering how many affiliate programs do this? Also if you get an email to cancel but clearly have cancel links what to do you? (delete or respond)?

I dont think many surfers would like being rung up by the pornsite their members of. Or do you mean affiliates ?

Yup we got Email support for our paysite members.

If a member writes in, we'll cancel him or direct him in the right direction. If you just delete, it's a more likely chance to come back as a charge back. Which most affiliate programs DON'T want. Only stupid ones wouldn't answer members emails.

We have e-mail and phone support for our clients. Plus I have an instant messenger built into my members area so they can write me privately or they can use my journal to write back to me. So they have 4 ways they can reach me if they need anything.

If they write to get there account cancelled I go in and cancel it for them and then write them a nice letter about rejoining later.

You can't just ignor your members e-mails!
