Um, like no one has figured out how this pic was done. Hollywood's best are bs'ing around but no one is coming up with anything. Figured some Photoshoppers would have solved this by now. Usually when pics like this show up it's a matter of hours before the pic is shown as a scam.

It's been well over a week or two now. No luck.
