Mother fucking insurance company
So anyway, I'm a big fat excuses making fuck. So I decided Im going to get that surgery where they slit you open lengthwise and fuck with your intestines to make you loose weight, but my god damn insurance company doesnt wanna shell out the $35000 dollars it costs to do it..
My major reasons for wanting to have it done are: I'm 25 and it'll never be safer for me to do it. I fucked up my knee when i was younger and I know its gonna start bending me over if i dont lose alot of weight quickly and all 4 of my grand parents died of heart disease.. Whats an easy way to raise $35k? I know alot of you guys are gonna be like "dude you're OWNED, stop making excuses, eat less and excersize more!!!" well, I cant really excersize as well as other people due to the fact that Im missing 3 of my toes in the center of both of my feet, so i dont have the ole dexterity thing as well as others. So should i just dump my life savings into XM radio stock and wait a year? BMF |

Exercise you lazy fuck, all i heard were excuses. You can swim with missing toes and it wouldnt be too hard on your knee. You can do a lot of different things. Hell just lift a few weights that dont even have to be very heavy and eat less.
Or rob a bank and let the prison system pay for your operation. |

Are you referring to gastric bypass? That's a lot more dangerous than people realize, 1 in 200 die during surgery, so weigh your options carefully.

fuck subway dude... thats a BS diet and you're likely to fuck up.
Do this: Eat no carbs, stop drinking soda. (diets ok, but you need water to lose water weight, plus it helps with metabolism.) Drink 1-2 gallons of water/day. Eat protein and some vegetables... not to much veggies though because some are bad for you. Eat chicken/steak/fish - DONT fry it. Bake it, boil it, brown it. Dont add butter, I dont give a shit if you think it tastes like crap without frying it or putting butter on it, you want to lose weight do it right, or dont do it at all because it wont work and you'll just waste time or put on more weight. Get with it, or get over it. |

I know three people that had that. 1 died about a month later, 2 got skinny and then a few years later they got fat again except now they are sick all the time.
I knew one guy that was really, really fat and he finally got sick of it. He didn't want to exercise so all he did was stop eating fried foods. That's all he did, he just didn't eat anything that had been fried. He lost it all and kept it off. It took about 4 months before you could notice anything and a year or so before he was down to a normal weight. This guy was extremely obese but that one simple diet change did the trick for him. |
