I have a Commerce account and customer service were of no help or clue, so I put in a call to Rand over there so we will see.

You do not make a direct transfer from a personal to a business account, the business needs to be set up for ePPurchase in order for the transaction to go through. Takes very little time and effort on the business account holders part, but it does have to be fixed.

Business to personal should not be a problem.

Either of you feel free to drop me an email with the specific user names and so on and I'll be glad to get you specific answers.
