    Who here remembers "Intermission?"

    Man I think if they pulled that shit today people would riot.

    Right in the middle of your movie stop it for 10-15 minutes so people could load up on more snacks...LOL

      Didn't they do an intermission during the first LofTR movie?

                  Just barely.. I think its a good idea still. Half the time by the middle of the movie I have to take a wicked piss, and men aren't meant to hold it.

                          Yeah the drink size should be indexed to the length of time expected to wait between potty breaks, definitely. No jumbo drinks for 3 hour movies!

                          I remember intermission. There was a super long one in The (something?) of the Lighthorsemen and a few others. And of course in Monty Python movies
