Wow I never experienced anything like it. I got handed a snake this weekend and I frooze. I never felt the fear of death till that moment. The pure strength and command they posses is amazing.

I was wondering if thier was any snake owners here.

Yeah, thank you for posting a real snake. Can't say that I have ever owned one myself, but a friend of mine has owned two boas for most of her life. They are huge now!

I really can't stand snakes

my mom has not been to my place since we go the snake, even though it's in it's own room, in an coverd aquarium, it still scares her..

I haven't had one in years, but I used to raise Burmese Pythons. I had quoite the enterprise going while i was in hihgh school, but just didn't have the time to stick with it...

I want to get another one but my wife is deathly afraid of snakes.....

Last month I carry one at the zoo, it was a boa constrictor (sp).

My friend has a couple snakes, they're addictive. I used to let the bigger snake hang around my neck like a scarf and climb up my head. He was super chill, and when he held onto your neck it almost felt like a massage. So fun.

I stole one from some assholes party. They were burning it with cigarettes, so I took it. Had it for about 3 years until it died a few months ago.

Snakes are so slimy that's why I hate them....

Yeah I have 4 snakes, one like the one your holding if that is a Red Tail Boa, and 3 Ball Pythons. I love them all. One of the Ball's I have had for 8 years. The other snakes I adopted from family members that didn't want theirs after a while.

That one is a Columbian boa, she is the biggest one we have so far. We have a mate for her, 2 Brazilian rainbow boa's and one ball python.

Snakes are such beautiful and mysterious creatures. I've wanted one since I can remember, but that picture right there is exactly the reason I've never gotten one. I would never be able to feed it cute fuzzy little animals.
