Have you ever seen one of those pics floating around of guys that do saline injection on their scrotums!!

maybe the question is;

if you signed up for the program and it didn't work would you tell anyone?

Yes & no, Grimez. There's a lot of factors that figure in with gaining inches. Basically, you need to have the following:
1) Flat stomach (no beer gut)
2) Balanced diet (this goes with #1)
3) Either a pump or alot of excising the penile muscle with your hand
4) Have to stick to all the above
