Tough call.

Although technically considered obscene by most. It has passed through at least 1 court ruling as not obscene.

Going over Cincinnati vs Mapplethorpe (90) in which Cincinnati lost the obscenity case on the photos. The photos in question did contain some pictures of gay fisting. In this case if any photos were found to be obscene then the whole exhibit was to be considered obscene.

Now draw your own conclusions, yet do keep in mind that Terry Cosgrove and Frank Prouty together kind of botched the trial.
