A Thought, what is your opinion on
When you go into a gas station and you look at the safe.. it says something similar to " Cashier cannot open the safe" in English, however it also has it translated into Spanish. Do you think they are stating that people who speak Spanish are thieves?
What's your thought? |
I do not know why my post came up twice.. i apologize for that :(
|
I'm guessing it is because there are lots of spanish people in the US.
Just like everything in Canada is bilingual. EDIT: Just because it says "N'entrez pas" doesn't mean only french people are not allowed in. ;) |
Who cares if they target a specific group ...
Spanish and black people official do more crimes then white ones ... They don't have the right by the law to target a certain group but off course they do in their heads. And it also depends where it is situated . If it's in the south or miami or other ispanic cities then I don't see no problem . |
so cal is full of non speaking americans so i figure might as well.

I can agree with having a lot of spanish speaking people in the USA, but there is so many other groups that are large, Asian's, Arabics.. etc....
I just found it quite interesting... |

maybe they simply expect ENGLISH SPEAKING NORMAL people to know its not right to rob stores?
|
Simply put, the two most popular languages in america are english and spanish.
when you go to places that have a high concentration of other types of people (for example, chinatown in NY) then everything's in both chinese and english. and so forth and so on. |

I always thought they were, and if so I guess they want to put it in the 2 official languages |
