Video Formats/Bitrate

I'm gonna sell some video, an MPEG and a Windows Media version, what bitrate would people like the best? I'm thinking a 1000kbps MPEG and a 700kbps Windows Media. That way those who want a high quality broadband movie get it, and those who don't can convert to lower bitrates.

Most of my clients are only interested in getting one file format. The most popular by far is a 1400kbps MPEG. This is for exclusive stuff...Non-eclusive all get compressed WMV's.
