We have a totally cool new technology Internet Search feature that will really spice things up and we're going to do a big press release on. The developers are putting the finishing touches on the module this week.

And I'm partnering on and developing RealEstateForSale.com with Rick. We'll be launching the new version of that in June.

If anyone wants to help I need a good logo for it.

Something modern like this one I did myself or whatever else any of you graphics wizzes can think of.

Thanks Papi. If I could only find 10 of me. So hard finding talented people that like working hard too. So many people have the 9 to 5 mentality which is hard for me to deal with cause I have such a strong work ethic.

We've been interviewing this week and I've never seen so many putzy resumes in my life. You'd think people who are selling themselves as creative could, at a minimum, produce a knock your socks off creative resume.

Right on.

But it makes perfect sense. All the 24/7, hardcore work addicts
like you and I work for themselves.

All the 9-5ers work for a boss they hate and put in bullshit
minimum effort. Same story for decades.

Even with good pay, it's impossible to find someone who will
work as hard as you for a fraction of the profit. When you work
for yourself you can put in 18 hour days and still feel good
when you leave the office. If an employee works an 18 hour
day they want to call out sick the next day. Expected and
understandable.

I'd say maybe .001% of people actually have the drive to work
hard and make good dough. They're called entrepreneurs.
