unless you were there to witness this brutal and immoral act it's hard to say if it is fake or not...

Last week I talked to a Green beret about this, he mentioned the way the men were holding their weapons was like US military. He said the video troubled him, he said he had seen crimes like that in Nam.

i wont say anything else he told me, but he said after 30 years in the military sometimes things stand out.

you know when i watched that video the day it came out, before all the conspiracies were floating around and without me even thinking about conspiracies. one thing in that video stood out to me more than anything else, it was the guy on the far right, the way he moved and you see him moving his weapon alot. he was doing it just like a soldier or someone with military training. it just looked so odd to me and i wasn't even thinking of conspiracies.

i've always thought it was contractors that did it, possibly former east european soldiers.

no they don't have military training. they have their own style of training and they don't learn to carry and handle their weapons just like a well trained european soldier. watch the video and look at the guy on the right, there's no way he's a middle eastern terrorist.

I am starting to believe its fake as well. Well not fake.. I think he died.. but fake as in not the terrorists.

i understand the guy is dead, but ever since i first watched i knew there was more to it then that, he had to of been dead when they cut his throat. iv seen someone on a construction site that later died from a large neck wound, and ill tell you, your juggular shoots a lot of fucking blood out when it gets clipped.

the screams dont match up either.

the chair and color things are really shady things to base any kind of opinion on, due to the fact that shade of brown is a pretty standard color for interior walls. i think every school, hospital, and many other buildings iv been in have the same matching color. the pics of the chairs arent really good enough to be damning to the whole situation either. those chairs are pretty fucking common where i come from. and you cant match the chairs to be of identical model either.

So far, I've been dismissing those who call the video a "fake" based on how they THINK it should look when someone gets their head cut off. Just because it doesn't appear real enough compared to other videos of beheadings, or the victim didn't react how one would assume they should, doesn't invalidate the authenticity of it for me.

But anyone would be foolish to flat out dismiss the possibility that the people who commited this crime are NOT who we were told they were. Your Green Beret friend brings up some good points, and it's stuff I've been thinking about too.

Let us assume for a minute that there is a conspiracy and the U.S. government set this whole thing up.

Would they really be lame enough to put Berg in an American-issued orange jumpsuit? They could simply have him in his civilian clothes, or naked, or whatever.

But I do wonder where the terrorists got the jumpsuit.

An american being beheaded in Iraq in no way helps this administration any more than bodies of US soldiers being mutilated, burned, or dragged through the streets. If anything the beheading just reinforces the perception that Iraq isn't going well. Some of you people should really seek mental help.
