I've only been with a few men that REALLY knew how to kiss well.
A lot of the girls I've been with kiss well, but not as aggressively as I like to sometimes...but if you keep going, they eventually get the hang of it. =)

I've always been given compliments on my kissing techniques.. but I think the answer to that question is that women are a lot more sensual than men. Men have more of an aggressive quality when it comes to how they kiss.

Plus, most men suck at it because they are in denial about their bad kissing techniques and refuse to take pointers or to even learn.
