Who here owns a Ford Focus?

Please contact me via ICQ 213666533 or sales at triplextraffic dot com

I am putting together a project to drive a nail in the coffin of what's left of Ford's reputation.

If you own a Focus, you know what I am talking about.

Thanks.

How long have you had it?

Those Ford Focuses are everywhere lately I have been noticing. They are like the new sunfire/cavalier.

since about february, so i know things could go wrong but it's under warranty, so i'm not too concerned.

I've had a Ford Taurus(89) and Mustang(94) through the years.

Thing about Fords is they never last. After a few thousand miles stuff starts to break. But its ok because of the warranty. But after the warranty the cars just basically fall apart. Too many problems.

Yup, just wait till that warranty runs out.

My money is on the fact you will have so many under-warranty repairs for free that you will feel uncomfortable about owning the car after the warranty runs out and will get rid of it.

The service department did $3,000 worth of repair to a NEW vehicle while it was under warranty. You don't even want to know what was required for repair after it was out of warranty.

The 2000 Ford Focus model has set a record for recalls, and still has several of them pending.

A class action should be showing up any day now if there's any justice in America for consumers (which there's not).

Why pay extra for a warranty? They just overcharge you at the "Ford Service Centre". Better off paying your own mechanic to do the repairs in the long run. I have a story about that, if anyone cares. :Graucho

i have a Ford F-150 (1998), and just got done paying it off, warranty has BEEN expired, and i have had TOO MANY FUCKIN PROBLEMS with it that its unreal!

the radio wont work in really hot or really cold weather, the wipers stopped working (in the middle of a rain storm, wire shorted out), a clamp on the suspension keeps poping off (no matter how many times we've fixed it), it needed an new oxygen censor, now my engine is making a "HMMVVVVVVVV" vibrating humming noise :BangBang: :feels-hot

FORDS ARE PIECES OF SHIT!!!!!! :321GFY

haha. I have a Ford Aspire, the Focus' predecessor. The car is a piece of crap, yet I've never had any real problems with it or had to put much money in it all these years. I'm getting a newer car next week. It's going to be nearly impossible to sell the Aspire I bet.
