I'm more talking about local newspapers. Like we have here in the NL. Like personal ads and stuff like that.

go to your local strip club, they will usually have magazines by the front door. If you are looking for a magazine to promote within the US then i would say to check out Xcitement Magazine... The parent company is Media International and based in Fort Lauderdale and i believe that magazine is nation wide... do a google search on them
